Fayz al- Dumū، (The Grace of Tears), is a passionate and eloquent account of the epic resistance to tyranny and the tragic martyrdom of Imām Ḥusayn (p.b.u.h), which was prepared from dependable historical sources. The author, Muḥammad Ibrāhīm Navāb Tihrānī (1826 – 1882 A.D.) was a celebrated scholar, statesman, translator, and a renowned man of letters, who contributed significantly to the literary and cultural life of his period.
